Audiences

Customer audiences, kept in sync with every ad platform

Build audiences from what ROASaurus knows about your customers, such as predicted LTV, RFM segment or the products they bought, and keep them up to date on your ad platforms for targeting, lookalikes or exclusion.

Rules on your own data

Orders, revenue, margin, predicted LTV, RFM, first-order details, subscriptions, cart abandoners, visitors and leads.

Ten destinations

Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, X, Reddit and Klaviyo.

Value-based lookalikes

Send revenue, margin or predicted LTV as the seed value, so Meta looks for your best customers.

Exclusions

Keep recent buyers out of acquisition campaigns with a suppression list.

Only the difference

A daily sync adds new members and removes leavers, with a pause if a run would empty a list.

Consent first

Only people with marketing consent are sent.

The builder

Combine rules with AND or OR over everyone ROASaurus knows: customers from your order history, consented visitors who gave an email, and leads. Rules cover orders, revenue, contribution margin, AOV, days since the last or first order, products bought, subscription status, RFM segment, predicted 12-month LTV and its rank ("top 10%"), first-order product, discount code, country and ad channel, carts or checkouts abandoned in the last days, recent visits and CRM stage. On Shopify you can also send a customer segment from the Shopify admin.

Presets get you started: all customers, top 10% and 20% by predicted LTV, repeat buyers, lapsed customers, recent purchasers, cart abandoners, recent visitors, active subscribers and every RFM segment. As you change the rules you see how many people match, how many have marketing consent and how many have an email or phone number.

Destinations and sync

Each audience can go to Meta, Google Ads (Customer Match through the Data Manager API), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, X, Reddit and Klaviyo. Contact data is normalised per platform and SHA-256 hashed before it leaves ROASaurus. The sync runs daily and on demand. Where the platform allows it, only the changes are sent. A run that would remove more than a third of a list of 30 or more, or empty it, is paused until you confirm. Match rates and sizes are shown as the platforms report them, and failing syncs raise an alert.

Who it is for and setup

Brands that want their ads to find more customers like their best ones, or stop paying to reach people who just bought. Connect the ad accounts you already use for spend and grant audience access; the customer list terms of each platform must be accepted once. See lifetime value for the RFM segments and predicted LTV behind the rules.

Limits

  • Audience syncs are not part of the Free plan.
  • Visitors count only when they allowed tracking and gave an email; marketing consent is always required to send anyone.
  • Each platform has its own minimum list size and match rate; small audiences may not be usable for targeting.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Which platforms can receive audiences?

Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, X, Reddit and Klaviyo.

Is customer data sent unhashed?

No. Emails, phone numbers and the other identifiers are normalised the way each platform asks and SHA-256 hashed before they are sent. Klaviyo receives the profiles themselves, as a list in your own Klaviyo account. Only people with marketing consent are sent.

How often are audiences updated?

Once a day, and whenever you click Sync now. Only new members and leavers are sent where the platform allows it, and a run that would remove a large part of a list waits for your confirmation.
