Act on the numbers without leaving ROASaurus
Pause, enable and change budgets and bids on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and six more platforms. Rules and an AI Autopilot propose changes; a person approves them, and every change can be rolled back with one click.
Ads manager
Campaigns, ad sets and ads of nine platforms in one table, with ROASaurus's profit next to each.
Approval inbox
Every proposed change waits for an owner or admin, with the reason and the evidence.
Rules
Pause, enable, or raise or lower budgets and bids when ROAS, POAS, CAC or spend crosses a threshold.
Autopilot
A scheduled AI review of attribution, profit, the marketing mix model and creative fatigue that writes proposals.
Guardrails and kill switch
Limits on how far a change may go, and one switch that stops everything.
One-click rollback
Every change is logged with the value before and after, and can be undone.
Platforms
Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, Pinterest, Snapchat, Amazon Ads, Reddit and LinkedIn. Writing to an ad account is a separate opt-in per account: your spend login stays read-only until an owner or admin allows changes with a new login, and turning it off stops all changes at once.
Where proposals come from
- Rules: a condition (ROAS, POAS, CAC, CPA, spend, attributed revenue, frequency or CTR over 1 to 90 days, above or below a threshold, with a minimum spend) and an action. Checked every hour. By default a match becomes a proposal; only a rule you explicitly set to apply automatically changes anything by itself, still within the guardrails.
- Autopilot: Claude reviews your attribution, campaign profit, ad tables, marketing mix model and budget optimiser daily, on weekdays or weekly, and writes proposals with reasons, expected impact and evidence. It never applies anything itself.
- Ask AI and MCP: the assistant, and MCP clients with the actions:write scope, can propose a change.
- The weekly action plan: a scale or cut recommendation from the AI briefings can be proposed in one click.
Safe by design
Before a change, ROASaurus reads the live value from the platform and applies the guardrails, such as the largest daily budget change. After writing it reads the value back and logs both. The history lists every change with a one-click rollback. The kill switch blocks approvals, automatic rules and rollbacks at once. Every approval, rejection and rollback is in the audit log.
Who it is for
Teams that read their numbers in ROASaurus and want to act on them there, with a second pair of eyes on every change. Owners and admins approve; members can see the inbox but not approve.
Limits
- Changes cover status, budgets and bids. Creating campaigns or ads is not part of Actions.
- Autopilot needs Claude on the server; without it, rules and manual proposals still work.

Questions, answered
Can ROASaurus change my ads without my approval?
Only if you set a rule to apply automatically. Everything else, Autopilot included, is a proposal that waits for an owner or admin. Guardrails limit every change, and the kill switch stops all of them.
Which ad platforms does Actions support?
Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, Pinterest, Snapchat, Amazon Ads, Reddit and LinkedIn.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. The history lists every change with the value before and after, and one click writes the old value back.
