1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between Bullito, trading as ROASaurus, Ceintuurbaan 211, 3051 KC Rotterdam, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 68137303 ("we", "us") and the business that creates a ROASaurus account ("you"). ROASaurus is for businesses only: by creating an account you confirm that you act for a business and that you may bind it to these terms. Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms. Your own purchase terms do not apply.

2. The service

ROASaurus tracks visits and orders in your online stores, matches orders to ad clicks, sends conversion events to the ad platforms you connect and shows analytics such as attribution, profit and customer lifetime value. We keep improving the service and may change or remove features; we tell you in advance when a change significantly reduces what your plan includes.

ROASaurus works with third-party platforms such as Shopify, Meta, TikTok and Google. Their availability, rules and interfaces are outside our control, and a change on their side can affect what ROASaurus can do.

3. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your login details secret and tell us at hello@roasaurus.com if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what team members you invite do.

4. Free trial and Free plan

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial without a credit card, for one store and up to 500 orders. When the trial ends, tracking keeps collecting data but server events to ad platforms stop until you choose a plan.

The Free plan costs nothing, for 1 store and up to 100 orders a month, without overage billing: above that number, server events pause until the next month. It sends to a limited set of ad platforms and leaves out some features, as listed on the Billing page. We may change or end the Free plan with at least 30 days' notice by email.

5. Plans, prices and payment

• Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars and exclude VAT. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically.
• Each plan includes a number of orders per month. If you switch on overage billing, orders above that number cost $0.10 each and are invoiced after the month ends. Without overage billing, server events pause when the limit is reached.
• We can change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. New prices apply from your next billing period after that notice.
• If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may pause server events until it is.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Payments already made are not refunded, unless the law requires it.

7. Your responsibilities

• You are the controller of your stores' visitor and customer data. You make sure you have a legal basis for tracking them and for sharing their data with the ad platforms you connect, including a cookie consent banner and a privacy notice where the law requires them.
• You follow the terms of the ad platforms and store platforms you connect.
• You do not send special categories of personal data (such as health data) or data of children through ROASaurus.
• You do not misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, overload it, copy or reverse engineer it, or resell it without our written permission.

8. Data

Your data stays yours. We process your stores' visitor and customer data only as your processor, as set out in the data processing agreement, and your account data as described in our privacy policy. We may use your store metrics in aggregated, anonymous form, for example for the peer benchmarks in the dashboard, in a way that never identifies you, your stores or your customers.

9. Intellectual property

We own ROASaurus and everything we provide with it. While your subscription or trial runs, you may use it for your own businesses. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep ROASaurus available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We plan maintenance at quiet times where we can. Support is available by email and through the support chat in the dashboard.

11. Liability

ROASaurus is provided as it is. Reports and attribution are estimates based on the data available to us, and you remain responsible for the decisions you base on them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue, wasted ad spend or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage. These limits do not apply to damage caused by our intent or deliberate recklessness.

You indemnify us against claims from third parties, including your customers, data protection authorities and ad platforms, that result from your breach of these terms or of the law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your account if you seriously breach these terms, do not pay, or put the service or other customers at risk. Where possible we warn you first. After your account ends, we delete your stores' data within 30 days, so export anything you want to keep before then.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We email you about material changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

14. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms; the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not. Disputes go to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
